Greetings fellow Tracktioners,
I hvae a few simple questions regarding my fav program Tracktion. I am fairly new to T2 and wanted to know a couple of things if you all don't mind. They are;
1- Can you or how do you select multiple tracks at the same time in say the same measure. For example, I want to select all track data in measures three through 6 to doa delete or for some reason. I am used to doing it the SONAR DP and Logic way, dragging across the time ruler and shift click the desired track names. Is there a way to accomplish this feat?
2 - I know how to assign makrers to places within my sequence but am I limited to 10? Command 1 etc...
3 - Is there no edting tools for audio besides what you get in the clip view? There is no eraser, or hand tool or such that other sequncers have?
Thanks and good luck to all,
Wayne

answer to 1.
Use either the ALT (PC) or CMD (Mac) to draw a region around multiple clips and select them all. They can then be edited at once as needed. You can also shift click multiple clips as well. Does this do what you need?
2.
Tracktion only has 10 markers. This is a highly requested area for improvement and the markers implementation will eventually be enhanced.
3.
Not sure what you are asking. What are you trying to achieve? For example, there is no eraser tool but you can select clips and hit delete to acheive the same goal.

to delete a rehion on multiple tracks you can also set the in and out markers around the region then select all the tracks you want by shift clicking then click the "delete marked region" button.
Actually I think that the editing in T is one of the best things avout the app - very quick once you get it under your fingers.
