COMPLETE DELETE--- HOW DO YOU DO IT ??

Someone mentioned that Tracktion should not be running when you delete. The folders that are on the left side of the projects tab ( the demo's ) are the ones that I want to delete. In order to see and move the folders doesn't Tracktion have to be running ??

No. You just delete the folders they're in from your hard drive. When you do that they'll not be in the list on the left of the projects tab when you next open tracktion. Try it and you'll see.

If you're on windows, and have installed to the default location, you need to go and delete the folders you'll find in the c:\program files\Tracktion 2\examples folder

You could do. But as he *wants* to get rid of all the Tracktion example projects, it might be a wee bit redundant
