Hey all,
I have a problem. When I upgrade T1 to T2 my credit card was billed twice by accident. I've been phoning and emailing Mackie to try and get it sorted but I'm being ignored.
Has anyone got any suggestions?
I'm most annoyed with them...
Chris.

I'll make sure they see this on Monday.
Expecta reply then and remember they are on the west coast of the US so they may not get back to you until evening your time.

as a frequent tech support user at mackie and a customer who has had to call them numerous times about different things, i would have to say that their customer service dept and tech support are fantastic.
i've had nothing but good stuff out of them. the tech support guy stayed on the phone with me for a long long time, even after we found out that it was something in a setting with a program that is NOT tracktion and really has nothing to do with mackie at all.
it ultimately came down to whether i could use my new onyx mixer, so i guess it did pertain to their product, but he went way beyond his call of duty that day. kudos man!
i think his name may have been chris...
really really nice fella!

Don Lee was on the phone with me for over 2 hours and educated me on a lot of things MAC & KIE. Especially house cleaning on my MAC G-4. I think the next time I have to call, I will record the conversation because I always get more information than I need at the time but would like to be able to retrieve it later. There is ALWAYS a long wait, but I don't mind because I know that the techs are giving 100% to whom ever they're helping.

I also had a great experience dealing with Mackie support and sales. Just for the record.
