Hiya,
I guess there's an easy solution to this:
There's most certainly (99.99% sure) a Midi Control assigned to the Pan knob which is set to zero when starting playback in FL. Just right-click the Pan knob twice (no double click, leave a small pause) to Midi-Unlearn it.

Well, I guess it's Podolski's *internal* Midi Learn, not any one offered by the host.
You can also check this file:
C:\Programme\u-he\Support\com.u-he.Podolski.midimap.txt
You can open it in WordPad etc. - if it contains any Midi assignments you don't need, just delete the file (while no audio application is running)
