Well, the dropping of the first midi note still isn't fixed. *sigh* I test it with Reason, and it still drops the first midi note that's in Reasons sequencer for me. Guess I'll just stick to FL Studio and Pro Tools for midi stuff.

I have a feeling that's something that is going to require a rewrite of the audio engine or something. It must be a fundamental flaw.

Anyway, glad the fix is finally out, but now 10.4.2 is broken? I'll have to try that myself. What a drag.

Downloading now w/23 min to go. Will confirm/deny the VST bug, as well as the "preparing to play compressed or networked files" bug (on Tiger 10.4.1, PowerBook G4 17", 1.66MHz, FireBox / MOTU 896).

Give me an hour or so...

10.4.0 was fine with the first T2 release, 10.4.1 broke it. I wouldn't be surprised if Jules fixed it for 10.4.1 and Apple broke it again with 10.4.2. If it works for 10.4.1 for you, my advice is don't upgrade your Mac OS for a while.
