I just recieved Tracktion 2 and I'm using it on a Windows XP laptop with a M-Audio Mobile PreUSB card. For some reason, when I have something plugged into input 1(L) on the card it sometimes shows up on Tracktion in the input 2 slot, the input 1 slot, or sometimes not at all. In addition to this, I am routinely getting some serious static cycling through one of my inputs. This static is neither predictable not controllable. In other words, the inputs on the card are not consistently lining up with the inputs in Tracktion, making it very frustrating to do a very simple recording onto a track. Is this a problem with my card's interface with Tracktion, a physical problem with the card, or the the fact that I am new to this. Needless to say, this is driving me crazy and I would really appreciate some help. Thanks,
adam

Thanks for the tip. I've actually un/reinstalled the driver a few times with no improvement. All of the inputs show up in Tracktion, and the output seems to be working fine, I just can't get consistent signals from the inputs.
