I was recommended to this forum for some help in a quest I have.

Anyway, I'm poor and such, so I can't afford any super 1337 sequencing programs, so I just sequence some midi and then run it through a soundfont.

But my problem is this: I'm writing some death metal, and I have everything tuned to Drop A, and I can't seem to find a sound font that goes lower than B, which means I'm missing two notes

I"m applying these soundfonts with the Fruity Loops demo, as it's the only thing I've managed to make do it, so if anyone knows of a good bass soundfont with the notes I'm looking for (I want a realistic bass!) or a way to make it so that one of the soundfonts I currently have will be able to do it, I'd really appreciate the help!

Record the B from the font you have and load it into a sampler and stetch it down to A.

Take the font, load it on Vienna or another soundfont editor, and edit the sample range from the A note.
