FR - Track resizing idea

How about making it such that track resizing only occurs if are hovering over the division between tracks toward the left (where the track names are), and if need be... the filter area. That way it's one less distraction when working in the main part of the sequencer.

Lemme get this straight. Say you have a clip in focus for editing and you want to increase it's vertical size slightly. You would prefer to mouse over to the left/right edge AND then back to make the adjustment rather than stay in place and drag the resize line down? Are you all serious? Sacrilege I say! Guards, off with their heads!

Might I make a little suggestion.... how about if you are hovering your mouse over a track... and then you click the 'e' key (or some other interesting key).... that the track you are hovering your mouse over... expands or contracts.
1) Hover mouse over track
2) Click e
3) The track expands
4) If it is expanded it will shrink
