44.1kHz versus 48kHz transposes pitch

when i switch between 44.1 and 48k sampling rates, the pitch of the notes change. is that the intended behavior?

No, the pitch should not change.

We are aware of the problem and we will have a fix, hopefully in 1.4. In the mean time what you can do is reload your multi or single patch, or re-instantiate the plug-in. If you have zload enabled you might need to restart Receptor (tripple click the power button).
