Dave Lee aka Joey Negro aka Jakatta aka Raven Maize aka The Sunburst Band etc. etc. etc.
The guy is an amazing DJ as well as being a consistently excellent producer / remixer in the many sub-genres of house.
Sheer quality.
Oh, and me (of course).

they is proper banging techno n i'd say dave clarke is a bit past it nowadays
Ive got some Surgeon stuff about somewhere. DC was good in the late 90's, i used to tape all his shows, some of them sound good even now. Cant say ive heard much recent stuff tho.

Im not a massive fan of 'techno' as such, more acid techno ala Liberators. Too minimal doesnt do it for me.

Two i have had the pleasure of seeing DJ live recently are Squarepusher (at an illegal rave in the woods) which was fuckin awesome, and Radioactive Man, in a club locally, which was equally dancetastic

One DJ says to the other, "Do you want to go to a movie tonight?"

and the other one says, "I don't know, who's the projectionist?"

Above are all great, but, the best DJ Ever has to be the legend himself -

John Peel
Respect, I love Stanton Warriers and Tiga. Not to struck by the Audio Bully though.

Agoria is a cool DJ / producers, one of my current faves.

I know it's a joke, but whoever thought of that comparison was an idiot. Do projectionsts manipulate the image, choose the movies or mix between films?
