I'm a Tracktion(2) newbie so excuse me if the answers to these questions are obvious:
Are there mix buses?
Is there channel linking (such as for volume)?
Thanks for the hlep

ahh yes routing. i just learned this myself, and use it often in mixing down for clients:
-add a track, name it Bus or what not
-click on a track (or more!)
-look down to the right hand box, and check mark the track you made
-use that track to add fx! save cpu!

Thanks for the info!
I'm not sure if that is exactly what I'm looking for and I am not near Tracktion to check on it....so please excuse the further question if your answer is already the solution. Allow me to explain further.
What I am looking for is a bus for subgrouping. Example: four guitars tracked and mixed in stereo. I want to assigned them to a bus so that I can just use one volume conrol to control the submixed group of guitars.
Thanks again!

Yup ron's directions are exactly what you want. You can route any number of tracks to any other track. So simply create a new track, call it bus or something, and then select the tracks you wish to route to the bus. Then in the properties area you can select the destination for those tracks. Instead of sending it to an output which is where they normally go, send them to the new bus track. Done.

Ron, no offense, but I think a smiley on your post would help. "easier to reach than Beno himself" is kind of like putting him down or saying that his support isn't good. I think you meant it jokingly, but smiley's make a HUGE difference. Sorry, not trying to be mean, just noticing, that's all!

I know, and that's why I suggested a smiley. Just in case a newbie comes here and reads that about Beno and thinks he's slow at support or something.
Don't worry, I read it correctly, and most others probably also. Just letting you know!
