Import existing libraries to Kompact on Receptor...

Hello all,
I am the proud owner of a new Receptor.
I purchased Kompact hoping to be able to use some parts of the sample libraries I've collected.
~ Vocal Planet
~ Peter Siedlaczeks' Classical Choir
~ P.S. Advanced Orchestra
~ Ethno|Techno
~ etcetera
I was told by Rick @ Muse, that I just create my own sample folder(s) and place them on Receptor's hard-drive.
Well, that worked. Kompact saw my sample folder and the program of samples I had placed in it ~ but I had to individually grab each sample, and place it over the key it was supposed to be assigned to...
That's a drag (pun intended)
Is there an easy way to take Akai formatted programs, like the ones I've listed above, and get them to load into Kompact on Receptor, as they were intended to be?
Can't my Kompact import directly to play a program as an instrument?
I am on a Mac @ home, that presents it's own problems because my computer doesn't see these Akai disks; I either import into EXS24 on Logic, or use a demo version of CDXtract...
Any help here would be appreciated.

I don't have any Akai library to try... After importing the library you woulkd have to save it using the Kompakt save function. Then, you can save a new Receptor Kompakt patch that you can load at any time. Or you can save a single or multi.

I looked at the website for CDXtract and it exports to NI Kontakt format. When you open a Kontakt library in Kompakt you can a dialog telling you that there may be features that are not supported in Kompakt. If you save it as a Kompakt library there will be no more dialog.

Hey Dan ~ that sounds great, the issue for me is that I don't think I can get the browser in Kompact to see beyond files on my Receptor; like other files and/or disks that I've got on my Mac.
So far, the method of getting anything into Kompact, is to first copy it to Receptor's hard-drive.
Then, as I explained, manually placing individual samples over Kompact's keyboard. I'd like Kompact to import 'ready to go' programs.
Can it, on Receptor?
Is anyone @ Native Instruments familiar with Receptor and how their products work on it?

You can mount the Receptor hard drive on your Mac, but you cannnot mount your Mac hard drive on Receptor. You are correct. You have to copy the libraries from your Mac to Receptor's hard drive.
Once the library is on Receptor's hard drive you should be able to load it in Kompakt exactly the same way you would do it on a Mac or PC.
