that was supposed to be tongue in cheek, wasn't it? :?
Nope, I seriously didn't know if Ron was referring to something koolkeys said or what I quoted. With Ron you never can tell
I think you misundestood me, braj! ;-)

What I actually meant was that I think lharless' mentioning of warez was tongue in cheek... :-)

(I could be wrong of course though... :?)

Ah, ok. Yeah, I don't think he was serious. Or maybe that's how he can afford Waves ;) j/k, don't want to start any bad rumors.

i was just being a smart ass. dont get cracked software.

i'll just have to use nyquisteq until we get our plug. maybe the new plug wont be any better than native t2 eq? who knows. ill just do that then. and hope nyquist will someday have number displays. :(

What's all this about numbers? Don't you rely on your ears?

I rarely use Nyquist for the exact same reason - to me it's almost useless without proper information about what I'm doing... (but I get good mixes in return...)

I don't like nyquist, plain and simple. I think it's a horrid little plug :!: But that's merely my opinion, and I know that other people love it. To each his/her own, I say! The funny thing is that it was made by the same guy who made the Ambience reverb, which I really, really like and use loads 8)

I'll echo that point msl. If you haven't yet checked it out, I think you will find this one (which is freeware) does exactly what you are after 8) . While you are there do yourself a favour and check out the C3 Multiband Compressor too - another great freebie :)

its not what im after. i dont want graphic eq. i use parametric.

Post

It has 61 bands (as a graphic) and a parametric mode. Look here http://www.kvraudio.com/get/1127.html

Haven't used it though since I am happy with my CM version of SPinEQ
