render track cannot render just looped region?

yeah not bad. You can render just a clip though by selecting a clip before you choose export. Or if you select a track (or groups of tracks) before you choose export, you can also render just ht marked region.

Yeah I was just saying all of it is possible but with an extra step or two. But I like your suggestion about removing the extra steps.

A quick workaround would be to slice clips at the markers, drag them to a blank track, render the track, drag them back. Sounds like work but...its really quick, if you use shortcuts.
