install of plugins

Somehow any plugin i'm trying to install, (the presets of the plugorama site, unsupported plugins on the list etc.)seems to fail, also on the unssuported plugin folder, what am i doing wrong ?

Please go to the "Reports" folder on your Receptor and email support@museresearch.com the install log and the system log.
