It constantly amazes me that there never is any agreement on what is a good (or bad) reverb. It obviously depends on the source audio, the genre and your personal tastes. There is NO substitute to downloading all freebies and demos and listening for your self. I generally agree with ttotz - although he doesn't like Magnus Ambiance, and I think it's capable of stunningly good sounds. But I have a liking for big fake Lexiconish sounds.

The best reverb is the Pantheon.

Not the Lexicon unit, the big building in Rome. Great sound. :-)
