FR: controller edits in the midi editor

I would like to see the option to set the duration of a controller value in the same as you have notes in the midi editor (outside of having to use snapping).

I would also like have the ability to set customizable scales that are relative to CC for that are available on VSTi's. For example some VSTi's have a range of -24/+24, which means that in the controller editor you have to recognise 64 as being 0 and imagine a scale the avaiilable 48 values across 128 value range which is very time consuming.
