Hi Beno--
You've been really helpful around here so I'm hoping you can help me sort this out. I just recovered from a virus on my computer and have had to install lots of stuff over, including T2, which I upgraded to online, the no-plugs option. I found lots of Traction keys on my system, but none for T2. Why, cause it's at MyMackie! But when I went to MyMackie, I still had an account, but no registered products anymore! So, I tried to just re-purchase T2, simple, still a total bargain, get back to work, etc. but because my T1 has disappeared from MyMackie I can't do that either. So it's not a total disaster as I still have a functioning T1 and its files but my question is, what happened? Did losing all my browser or other settings somehow cause my account to go blip at Mackie? I'm confused as to whether these are related disasters or simply all part of life's rich pageant. Can this be fixed? I can certainly send you my T1 license and go from there again if there's no other option. Thanks very much. Gizmo.
Help please Beno!

Hey gizmo. We do NOT delete my.mackie accounts or licenses; period. Almost 100% of the time, this type of problem is because someone has their T1 license in a separate my.mackie account under a different e-mail. Try to log in with alternate e-mail addresses and I'll be it'll work. Otherwise, email techmail@mackie.com and I'm sure they can sort you out.

Thats really strange. The same thing happened to me . It said "no products regietered. I regestered an HDR in 2K and regestered T-2 also. Yoy would probably see those posts in the Mackie forum a few weeks ago. Mackie's web master finally got me dial'd in
