Just curious...besides all the new features does tracktion 2 run better than 1.
More solid or efficient?
Basically I don't really care all that much for all the fancy new features, but if it's better than 1 may think about upgrading. Do you think my track count may go up?

I don't think so, a bit slower because of the new features actually. At least the GUI.

I have to say its well worth the upgrade if you've bought T1 as well its only 20 bucks or something like that. And it solid as a rock and I've not had a single crash as of yet, they've improved the audio engine, and the midi editing. All round well worth upgrading for the price, i dont think I'll bother getting the boxed version as most of the plugs are all shareware stripped down versions of the real thing.

That's cause his overalls were too big for him. Or was it because he was too big for his overalls?
Maybe we could just skip the Version 2 teething pains and start fresh with Version 3? I tend to prefer the odd releases anyways.

Surely there's no plural form of anyway.
I draw the line at power tools for the under 5's.

Ummm, yes you would! I have because T2 runs like a dog, clicks and pops and does things NONE OF MY OTHER PROGRAMS DO. The new features are good but they need to do some fixing up of T2 before ill use it for anything serious.AD80 wrote:Remember you can also run T1 along side T2. (not that you would want to go back)
