here where its been in the lower 100s (with the heat index around 120F) the past few days.. my younger cat has enjoyed splaying out on her tummy while on the cool floor..
that and she loves water, especially from the bathtub.. also, she's learned how to cup her paw and use it as a hook of sorts to drag her water dish around the kitchen.
my older cat doesnt have such an affinity to water. instead, she loves to find a dark, quiet place and snooze most of the day away. then again if I was 14 (or so) in cat years, I'd probably sleep loads too.
