FR: loading locked windows per project

unsure if this has been requested but i think we should be able to have our projects load up with the vst/vsti locked windows that we leave up, keeping in mind if we have 2 montiors too then if we somehow someday dont use two monitors it should have a "reset position to center" or something.

just would be a great idea because i personally have a lot of windows open and its a chore to run through each rack 1000 times per t2 launch
