Everytime I do a MIDI export of a 3 track MIDI only edit, the result is always at half the original tempo (5 minutes original to 10 minute export). The only changes I made to the original MIDI file was transposing 2 tracks up 1 half-step.
I imagine I'm missing something obvious since I could'nt find any similar posts here. I'm using Tracktion 1.6 on a Mac.
Thanks,
Dave
MIDI export is at half the original tempo (bpm)

Hey Dave,
I've heard this before and reproduced it with some edits. Usually they have non basic time signatures or tempos. Can you tell me a bit more about your edit, or better yet send an archive to techmail@mackie.com 'attention beno' ? We are looking at getting this fixed for the next T2 release but I want to make sure your situation isn't something new we haven't seen before.
Thanks,
Ben

I am just curious...Does Tracktion utilize a tempo ratio control as do some other hosts?
