I have both Eve 1.8 and Eve One. I did a quick search and didn't see the answer to this question:
(1) Can they share the same data directories?
(2) Is the data the same?
(3) How about the .bnk files?
My hard drive is getting a bit tight, and while right now I have far fewer MB of sound sets for Eve than for Dimension, Wusik and SonikSynth (all of which are moving to an external disk drive), eliminating redundancy is not a bad thing.

default EVE ONE 1.1 data are included in EVE 1.8(2) Is the data the same?
only used by EVE 1.8(3) How about the .bnk files?

Yeah, but EVE ONe does not play EVE presets, as ttoz asked before, just soundsets. I find EVE ONE's DSP to be far superior to EVE, and I am using EVE ONE regularly with the melltronix and FSR1 soundsets in every track I am doing at the moment. It is worth having EVE ONE and EVE both- EVE as a preset player, and EVE ONE for a great and intuitive analog 'time machine'.
