im not sure if this the way this works, some of the plugs i have that contain a play button, only "work"(their play button respond) if the tracktion play button is enable... , can´t they work if tracktion play button is off?

That depends on the plug.. but remember that even if the plug allows it, it won't work unless you have "e-to-e" turned on by the master section.

Could it be possible that these plugins require some kind of timing-clock ticks from the (running) host? If they only need the host's BPM they should run fine...
