DK+ Crashing Cubase?

I've just bought DK+ with the ethno expansion set. I've installed it and started playing a little bit. While I was loading some kit of the library I got an error message in Cubase SX 3 (a serious error has occurred etc.). I quitted CUbase (I was forced to do so by the serious error) then I realized that I haven't upgraded to the latest version so I upgraded the DLL and then after relaunching CUbase and loading some other drum kits I've got the same error message. After this second time, relaunching Cubase caused it to rescan all of the plug-ins. So, I'm just wondering if there are any known issues/problems with DK+ and Cubase. I'm using the SX3 latest build (a legitimate copy, of course) and I have a stable system, with XP pro, 2 Gig of RAM and an AMD 3500+ cpu on a ASUS A8V Mobo

Mate i used to have issues with SX (SX2) but a version of 1.1 or 1.2 fixes them ok for me. Before that I was getting crashes, like you describe.

strange, i have almost an identical system (excepy sx2, not sx3). maybe try see if you have the problem with only default kits loaded, then add the ethno later ?

Had similar problems in energyXT with DK+ 1.1. This was because I had too many kits. The update to DK+1.2 fixed this for me. Maybe there's still some trouble with Cubase?
You could try to move some of the kits to another directory and see if it gets any better.

Thanks for your reply Midiman, but I don't have too many kits, only the ones that were on the download page of the product when I bought it and the ehtno set

try removing the ethno set and see if you have the same problem.
