Not a total show-stopper, but..

When I export a wav of an untouched audio file, sometimes the render will have the first sample chopped off. This seems to vary depending on where on the time-line the original clip is: after 8 mins 33 secs I've never seen it happen and before 8 mins 31 it always seems to happen. Around 8.32 it's a bit random: sometimes the actual render will be OK, but when it's imported the clip will be a sample early and will need nudging back to the right position; sometimes the first sample will be missing AND the clip will be a sample early; and sometimes it will be perfectly OK.

Weird

Anyone confirm this?

Anyone, Beno?

First sample? Do you mean tick?

I've never noticed it no, but a single sample difference would be unnoticeable unless the phase was critical.. :?

No, I mean first sample. It doesn't actually matter to me (other than the fact that the first sample is usually the highpoint of my songs and then they deteriorate rapidly, so I'm losing lots of beautiful sounding samples, which I can ill afford :ud: ), but I mentioned it as it is something that clearly shouldn't be happening and looks like a bug in Tracktion's rendering.

:hihi:

It seems you are right.. I've passed it on.
