I installed the balanced AV 8 channel TRS cable and the CAD pop filter along with BBE Sonic Maximizer and the Tracktion2 retail version today.
All I can say is WOW.
I don't have any distortion in the right channel that some of the others were talking about. Everything is nice and cleadn.
Now to get that Alesis SX-16 Drum Machine.

Just trying to learn about recording, that is if my head is not too hard.

If you got the retail version, you might want to at least check out the included RMIV before going off and buying a hardware drum machine.MarioC wrote: Now to get that Alesis SX-16 Drum Machine.

I Will Do that Valley. However I would like to use the Sx-16 in live performance as well. Sometimes I don't have a drummer just me and a Bass when that happens.

Yeah, for live usage, hauling a PC or Laptop on stage is not ideal.MarioC wrote:I Will Do that Valley. However I would like to use the Sx-16 in live performance as well. Sometimes I don't have a drummer just me and a Bass when that happens.
I would still check out the RMIV though. I imagine if you are looking to pick up an SR16, you are doing more accoustic styles of music? I've never really thought of the SR as good for electronic stuff. From the short time I've had to work through the RMIVs included kits, I;d say the accosutic set is not the best part of the line up, but there are still a couple in there that put the SR to shame.
