Some Questions after trying the T2 Demo

I'm utterly impressed with T2 demo so far. I've spent too long struggling and I think my search for a pro level host is over. Well almost. Can I ask a few questions / share a few worries ? Before I jump in and buy that is.
The metering - it seems a bit tough to know whats going on. I suppose I could use a different meter
UAD-1 / PDC - Seems to work fine for me. There are mixed views on the UA Forum. Any feedback here ?
Rendering - I was suprised to see the latest T2 update "improves the quality of rendering". As such as basic function this seems worrying. I had a also noticed that the playback has a certain sound (sort of lacking in "Presence") but this is probably my wonky ears
Apart from these niggles I have been blown away. Rewire, Multi Out VSTi, Bussing, AUX channels, automation everything is just SO logical. I have demod Cubase, Sonar, P5 an T2 is hands down the best in most respects. Oh and finally ...
Where to buy - Recommends on a good deal for T2 in the UK ?
Thanks in advance
Paulie

You can adjust the "meter speed" in the settings page.
The only problem that I found with UAD is that the EQ settings get muted in the channel strip once you save and reopen a project.UAD-1 / PDC - Seems to work fine for me. There are mixed views on the UA Forum. Any feedback here ?
A little hassle but not a fatal bug.
PDC is fine.
Yes there was a very minute rendering problem.Rendering - I was suprised to see the latest T2 update "improves the quality of rendering". As such as basic function this seems worrying. It only showed up at -60dB.
It was so small that nobody noticed it for a few years.
It's fixed now though.
Current rendering seems flawless so far.
T also has 64bit internal rendering (see setting panel) that most hosts don't have yet
Sorry can't help you here, I'm in the USWhere to buy - Recommends on a good deal for T2 in the UK ?

When I rang around it seemed that everywhere 'could get it' but nowhere actually held it in stock - so it's pretty much RRP or bustpaulie wrote:

Hi Paulie, welcome to the club.
Tracktion is not (yet) perfect, but it truly rocks and you can't do anything wrong buying it.
