Odd delay problem ... not your typical latency issue.

When recording a stereo pair (audio, not MIDI) to a single track in Tracktion2 all is well. This is how I have been working up to now, and I have only recently discovered the following:

When recording 2 mono audio inputs, each to a seperate track, the second track is recorded ... delayed by about a second or so.

I am using an M-Audio FireWire 410 as my audio interface.

Am I overlooking something which should be obvious?

is it just monitoring, or tracking too...try turining off or on e-to-e and if its just monitoring...well it fixed it for me when I had this problem

neither of the two audio inputs have anything untoward in the 'time adjust' fields do they?
