FR: please don't kill me... current position bar time ajust

I know this is picky, but with SIR going the notes the position bar is passing are very out of sync with what I hear. It makes it very hard to do editing. Maybe the auto advance for the bar could be set to the total of the master latency + the highest track latency.

all should now be in sink!
