Also, check in the mapping tab that the sample list box has more entries than 'No Sound'. If it doesn't then you don't have the demo samples installed.
Furthermore, the MIDI-Out of the Jamstix demo is limited to bars 1 through 4. So if you use Dr-008 after Jamstix it will seize to play after bar 4.

Did you rename the jamstix.dll? That would cause this problem. If not, please try the latest beta DLL from this thread:rpc9943 wrote:uhhhm it says disabled in the top logo area.

i reinstalled the demo version in full so i didnt have to play with the midi out stuff... and i audited the kick, snare, etc, and did exactly what you said: click free jam, etc and i did jam to audio because i just routed my midi inst to audio out, and it shows up as detecting the audio, but NO BEAT. Now I reload the jamstix because it said "DISABLED" again, and yes, it is still disabled.

me too. i think im going to buy it, it'd be perfect for clients w/ no drums and bad times w/ metronomes
