Hi there folks, I'm currently in the process of recording my first tracktion project, and have been having a great time (if not exactly fuss free, tracktion is still much less headache inducing than other DAW's I've tried...logic is a frickin nightmare!).
I have a question though, i've been using cubase LE which came with my interface and it has a really handy command in the Pool view where you can delete all unused audio files from the project. Is there a similar command in tracktion, where i can just delete evrything thats not used in the edit? Tracktion doesn't seem to make it 100% crystal clear in this view what's used in he edit and what isn't. (apologies if this is a common query)
Thanks in advance guys.

"find orphan clips"
bottom green button when you click on a project in the left collum
that will then list the files that are not being used in THAT edit (dont be fooled & deleate somthing you are using in another edit)

you can find orphan clips on a per edit basis or a per project basis.

You can also export an edit as an archive, with only the used sections of audio (and with optional data compression). If you just want to create a sensibly sized backup this might be your best bet..
