After spending the whole day trying to create a LCARS (Star Trek Next Generation) color scheme I finally figured out that some of the mail elements are permenently BLACK... so black backgrounds just don't work. If anybody has ever said that I missed it and it really really really stinks......

Same thing for white but offwhite/eggshell/cream seems to work fairly well.

A while back I did an experiment and made every single changable colour black so I had a blank canvas to create a new skin. I noticed that there where a number of things not black at the end, try it!

Who would have thought, every time they "invert the phase" on some tachyon emitter or something, they have to load up a Tracktion native EQ..

It was actually the memory of that photoshoped pict that got me thinking to do the skin.
