Failed update install

I attempted to install the 1.1 update to my Receptor and it failed. I later realized the unit already had 1.2 installed and tried to install 1.3 but it fails also. Any suggestions on fixing failed installs of the system updates?

Yeah, I was going to post the same issue after checking exactly what the Receptor says when trying to install 1.3 - it freezes up, anyway.

I thought I already answered this one, maybe I forgot to press Submit.

Make sure you have the very latest version of 1.2 before installing. In the SETUP page the version number should be 1.2.20050418. If it is less than that you need to install the latest version of 1.2 first.

If you still have problems, mount the Receptor's hard drive on your Mac or PC and open the "Reports" folder. Email the file "Install Log" to support@museresearch.com

Appears the 1.3 update I had downloaded got corrupted - I redownloaded the update and it installed fine.
