GURU automation..help

Ok, In GURU i have a beat with 2 layered kicks, and a snare. I export the beat as MIDI into tracktion. It sits in track 1, but GURU is in multitimbral, so the sound out of track 1 is my kick.

Now in track 2, I have a sub. I want to use my MIDI controller to mess w/ the pitch envelope on this sub. So in GURU i change the pitch envelope button to red, and then go into tracktion and map the controler to that color.

So when I turn the knob, the sub pitch knob turns too.

Now, I dont know what I did, but somehow when i play the beat in GURU the pitch is changing on the sub.

Is it better to do all the automation in T2? If so, I tried this and have a problem..I cannot get rid of the automation I did...It just shows that parameter in green no matter what I do. I d like to restart and try it again, butI cant get T2 to let me.

I deleted all points from the cruve, but there still is one in the first bar, and it won't go away. I can't turn off the parameter either...anyone have any ideas?
