B4 & Receptor

hi! My main interest in the Receptor is to run B4 ( or some other clonewheel emulator).
But before I buy one, I have some questions I would like to post:

1: how can I control the drawbars, scanners, perc etc? I've heard that the B4D is incompatible with receptor ( because of the CC's that receptor uses)
is there any way to change this? either on the receptor, or in B4D, or with a midi merger?
And what about other control surfaces, like Uc33, bcf2000 ( is it possible to pass thru the information of the drawbars in B4? to use the motorized faders?) and etc
I recently came across B4cp: ( http://www.geocities.com/midiboutique/photos/b4cp.jpg ) but, again, the same problem. How can I change the CC's?

2: I want to have something similar to a real leslie ( motionsound, or a stereo combo) so I need auxiliar outputs. Is the only option the behringer ada8000? the outputs are in XLR, and I dont need the inputs.
Can I route the B4 signal ( and some rhodes ) to the leslie, and the others vst to main output?

3: can I make a multi setup in receptor to drive B4 with two manuals and a pedal board? and have other plugins running?

thank you for your time and congratulations for a great forum and products.

use a midi controller...

sure... I do it like this... (e.g. my Receptor midied to a YAMAHA Electone EL-90 organ 8)
CH1=upper, CH2=lower, CH3=pedal...
and still you can run 13 plugins...

Hi Kaius,

I had no luck with the B4D, but in retrospect I wish I'd fiddled with it more before taking it back - I was in the middle of some sessions, and got really frustrated that it didn't work for me.

That said, Dan seemed to think it was unlikely to work anyway, because of the CC's issue.

The B4D will work if you grab a midi solutions processor to map the cc#'s. (Or another device that will do this). I use a Voce V5 module to control Receptor.
Setting up a multi manual setup is easy. In Receptor, on the track that B4 is on, push the midi button and set "listen to" to all, and play to "thru". The upper -lower and pedals of B4 will now be on consecutive midi channels.

Ah, wish I'd known that... mind you, don't know that I could be arsed carrying all that shit around anyway!

In the next version you will be able to bypass the CC control of the Receptor software and send all CC's to the VST instrument.
