I did the same, but it seems it does not pass the info over via MIDI.
Just for info, I now have mastered the BCR thanks to your template. Will post in a short while.

Ok guys,
Here it is http://cosmocats.free.fr/images/MCU+EX+Micron.syx
Top row
Gp1 - Volume on 8 tracks
Gp3 - Pan on 8 tracks
Gp2 - Volume on 8 Tracks of EmulatorX or GS synth (use MIdi Yoke to redirect the output of the BCR to another one usable in the edit page)
Gp4 - Pan on 8 Tracks of EmulatorX or GS synth (use MIdi Yoke to redirect the output of the BCR to another one usable in the edit page)
Button function of the knobs on all 4 groups - ARM track
First row of buttons - Mute on 8 tracks
Second row - Solo on 8 tracks
First & Second Row of non-clickable knobs : All 16 Multisetups Patchcords of EmulatorX
Third row : 6 first knobs are filters of the Micron (Type/Freq/Res of Filter 1, then Type/Freq/Res of Filter 2)
Last two knobs are respectively Master volume and Jog wheel.
4 buttons at the bottom : as djsubject's config - play, bottom left. Record, hold down top left & press the play button below it. Stop & return to start are the same button, bottom right. Punch is top right.
Hope it will be useful for some

I know that.
The thing is, it is stable but it cannot always perform a render of a track... Weird software, but I love the filters!

Do you mean the 'no clips to render' warning when trying to render a sub-group? Pressing 'G' for a blank MIDI clip usually sorts that one out..piaz wrote: it cannot always perform a render of a track...

Thanks platinum, but I mean "the audio engine could not initialize".
It is an EmuX issue, I think. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, so I opted out for a "live" mix via patchmix. A bit less intuitive, but 10 times easier and more useful when set up properly.
What do you mean by "subgroups"?

Route several tracks to another track, instead of directly to the mix buss: this track is now a 'sub-group'.piaz wrote: What do you mean by "subgroups"?

ok time has passed & this setup is better than it was when i last posted
i now use bomes midi translator (witch i can add a preset for, in the zip download)
& if i set the bcr2000 to "S3" mode in the settings i can use the midi through to make use of the 16 spere controllers in the midi mapper (note two midi inputs will be required on your pc to use it this way)
if any are intrested i can upload a new zip download with the latest bits in
