What are the best filters you have heard??

I didn't "out" myself as a super SM expert - if you're referring to what I've mentioned to you earlier in a PM you bothered not to reply to, yes I'm dabbling with SM, amongst other things fiddling with parts ported from Creakbox... including its filter, which admittedly isn't the best around. But provides immense amounts of fun, playing around in an environment where one can do more than just turn knobs

And it's not like I've attacked or criticized you recently, yet you still suffer from the obsessive compulsion to think so and act accordingly.

I didn't "expect" anything from Fritz' example, I simply commented on the sound - an ordinary sounding self oscillating filter, which sounded bland to me.

Nor am I trying to pretend I'm an expert in coding anything, especially filters - that's your part.

Funny thing you couldn't do anything else than jump in on a thread, hand out your "expertise", and god only knows why start whining about me for no apparent reason except for being you...

So, let's put this another way:

To paraphrase things further... it's sickening to see you have nothing else to contribute apart from insults to every direction, lately it's me who's gotten all your cheap shots, irrespective of the topic of discussion.

Just as you did, once again - I couldn't really see the "joke" behind your superiority complex this time hidden behind a remark about my "SM expertise" which I've never claimed to have.

Your further comment sounds uncanny coming from a person who repeatedly attacks and belittles those "highly creative folks doing something" - this from a person who picks up someone else's projects, has a fit in public about it, ceases development and calls everybody names, followed by announcements about new projects, which tend to be shifted onwards to "other developers"... and does this repeatedly, not just once. And still goes on about how other people put things together in SynthEdit or similar platforms, "copypaste code from musicdsp" and whatever. It's just amazing really Not to forget the constant badgering of several developers, who contrary to you release products and continue working on them instead of pulling them out according to the moon's phase or whatever it is that controls you

(Like I said earlier, there are parts of Creakbox utilized, and featurewise it does things Creakbox doesn't - hardly a claim to omnipotency)
