Not currently. Folder Tracks are one of the feature requests that many people (myself included) are pushing for the hardest. In the meantime, you'll just have to move the track order around so that they're on top of each other OR just move the clips into the same track and cross-fade.
Then, if they'll all be sharing the same FX, rout them all to a destination track with your FX on it.

If I understand your question correctly, it IS possible. I don't know all the capabilities of the Folder Track functions in other applications, but if you're asking about cut, copy, paste type edits on several tracks at once: hold down the Control button while clicking on the clips you want to edit. They should all become highlighted, then split the clips, mark them with loop boundaries to copy to the clipboard, whatever. I'm editing an R&B project in T2 right now and have been using these techniques on drums, horn section, anything with multiple mic tracking setups.

Yes it is just for multimicrophone setups with chamber orchestral music.
With a folder track in cubase, it is possible to cut the folder track and with the same mouse click you cut all folded tracks, you can move and delete with just one click.
For me this feature is essential for work. If I haven't this kind of editing, the programs becomes unusable for me.
I hope tracktion will have this feature in the future.

You'd have to designate which tracks to put in the folder track first, correct? It seems like it shouldn't take any more mouse clicks to use the Control/Select method. Once multiple clips are selected, all tracks are then simultaneously edited with whatever moves you make.

That is true. While folder tracks would be cool to have, for what he is trying to do, that option works just as well. Folder tracks would be nice however for space purposes and other reasons though.

For that matter, since it's classical, why not just edit in a stereo editor after mixing? It's not like you have to do a bunch of comping.
