How to update user installed plugs (ie. Absynth3)?

With my new receptor arriving last night, I installed Absynth3 and everything seems to be working fine. I noticed the plugin available at Plugorama is 2 updates back though. How do I update the Absynth3 to 3.0.2 on the receptor? Is this something that has to be made available?
