The bottom of that page does give steps on removal, and it does say there is a bug in the system that sometimes lists domains that aren't really on the list.
I do say it's important to check into. I've never even seen this before. I'm shocked if we're really on this.

[ob] (OutBlaze) blocked KVR for a while because it was mentioned in another email from a domain that was already blocked. An email to postmaster@outblaze.com got it taken off fairly swiftly.

Me working on THIS problem is like walking your pet crocodile through a room full of chickens... all you're going to end up with is a lot of bloody chickens...
I've PM'd Kovacs -- I know he's at work right now, but once he get's my messages, he'll be hot on it -- no doubt.
In the meantime, since I have no clue how all that stuff works, we'll just have to wait for him to sus it out.
I can't believe it's any big deal & must be some mistake.
*with the exception that I've already received a complaint and it doesn't make us look very good to any potential supporters at this point if they're getting blocked. Grrrr..
need... coffee... 00:55 here..

I have sent an e-mail to postmaster@outblaze.com and asked that they review our site and remove us from the list. We have neither sent e-mail from that domain, nor have we done anything which should resemble spamming (AFAIK). Let's hope it can be resolved - if not, we should consider using a different domain.

Is "outblaze" the right entity to contact?kovacs wrote:I have sent an e-mail to postmaster@outblaze.com and asked that they review our site and remove us from the list. Anyway, what's to stop this rom happeneing again even if we get a new domain?

Yes, in this case [ob] represents Outblaze which is a spam block list....xander wrote:Is "outblaze" the right entity to contact?kovacs wrote:I have sent an e-mail to postmaster@outblaze.com and asked that they review our site and remove us from the list. It shouldn't be a problem to resolve it and perhaps they can tell us why we were put on the list in the first place.

I have received an automatic reply which says they'll look into the matter so at least there was a response...

I HAVE to hit the hay or I'm going to pass out. Let me grab about 6 and I'll be back on then. If I have to, I'll be sending emails and calling in favors. Anyway -- we'll fix it -- nothing's gonna stop this walkin talkin soft machine...

I checked out outblaze and did a search for our site. This is what came back:
We are unable to find any information regarding any email block from the information you have supplied.
This may be due to the fact that the email block was recently lifted/removed from our systems or it may be due to an error.
Perhaps it was just lifted off the list.

Yes, let's hope so. They had a list of other sites that spam-block, but I don't have time to check them as I'm off to work. Perhaps somebody can check them out?
