no it deos not. you can double click to insert note, double click to delete, and drag up/down to change velocity. i never even use the pencil tool. and i think you can even change velocity with the pencil tool.

shift-alt-click-drag is velocity adjustment in live5 ...

... plain click-drag will just move the note around (but not in draw / pencil mode where it will just delete the note you click on) ...

i was talking about plain-mouse-pointer-dragging the little vertical lines with a little circle on top to adjust velocity... :roll:

yeah ... but your post above doesnt read like that TBH ...

... youre right though ... adjusting the velocity bars directly is just a click-drag operation as in most sequencers ...

Yeah, sure... but I was talking about direct "on-note" actions (which are faster than anything else).
