long shutdown time for T ver 1.6

When I shutdown Tracktion 1.6, it takes a healthy 5-6 minutes for it to disappear from Task Manager, and my cpu is at 98% the whole time. My cpu usage isn't even close to that when I'm actually using Tracktion. It's been like that since it's first install (just the base program, no additional plugs or anything). Why is that? Does the same thing happen with T2?

To be honest with you, I never had the problem with 1.6 OR 2, so I'm not sure what to tell you. 
Does it do the same thing if you 'save' first (auto-save should function the exact same as manually 'saving', but just in case) and then quit?

It does the same thing no matter what I do. Even if I just open Tracktion and immediately close it (without doing anything else). Yeah, something's up. I haven't run into this one before, so I don't have a backlog of experiences to draw upon.
Here's another quick thing you can do-- is there this 'hang' when you open a different project without closing Tracktion? If so, then something's going on with the closing of the edit, not the closing of the program.
If there's only an 'acceptable' or 'normal' lag when loading a new program, we can narrow it down to the things that happen when Tracktion closes.
My first instinct is that it'll be the latter, which causes me to think that Tracktion's having a difficult time unloading itself from memory and/or releasing the soundcard's drivers.

I am having this same problem. I have to kill tracktion in the task manager everytime I exit and restart tracktion. Any help here would be appreciated. Also see the occaissional JUCEWindow not responding and need to tell the system to kill it during shutdown of my PC
