Moving MIDI Data early or late and easy way??

Is there an easy way to nudge MIDI data forward or back by a few ticks?

For example on my MPC2000 I am able to adjust each track or group of notes a few "Ticks" of the ppqn forward or back.

I have tried this in Tracktion by using a Groove template but as the smallest amount is 2% this is not a fine enough amount for what I want to acheive.

Is there a elegant way to do this?

Not that I can see. I'm not a MIDI guy, so it gave me the opportunity to have a look to see if any of the "intuitive" ways (ie. CTRL+cursor, with snap disabled, or right-clicking in the milliseconds box of 'start time') would work and they didn't.

What REALLY aggravated me was that when you click in the start time area, instead of the numbers just getting highlighted and 'ready to be changed', they instantly changed. Grrr....

zoom right in and shift them a bit (with snapping turned off) ;)

Yeah, that's about the best way. I'm in the middle of re-installing my drivers, so T isn't loaded up... but will the finite nature of MIDI resolution mean that the notes 'jump' a touch if zoomed in TOO closely?

Highlight the notes you want to move.
Zoom in as far as you want. You can zoom to the 1-tick level.
Grab one note and move it 1 tick and all of the highlighted notes will move with it.
