What do you mean by "use them with velocity instead"?

Oh, so "Velocity" is an instrument. Didn't know that.

Does it read any other formats as well? You know, LM4 is pretty oldskool and there's not much to do about it anymore, I don't think any of the developers of the wellknown converters (ESC, Translator, CDxtract) would spend any work to implement such an old format.

if all else fails just amp them yourself...battery kits have the av/aif file accessible in the samples folder of each kit
im not sure but I think battery can "save as lm-4" the kits...although i could be wrong I never tried and am not at my regular computer

Translator converts Battery into LM4 mark 1, try that.
