i almost got an Mbox but i decided on a FIREPOD and tracktion on my iMac G5 its working well enough that i have not got any plans of using something has to cling to hardware and also costs about as much as my computer just to get enoug inputs to bother recording a band. yeah i hung around digi for a while when i was researching and decided that even if i got protools it would not really make my studio any better than if i just used something cheaper. i am not that great of an ME yet any way.
