It used to work in T2, but now it doesn't, any help?

It has a 30 day limit, I know, if you don't register it right away. Is it possible that you haven't officially registered it yet? Maybe it worked until that time was up, then quit?
I could be totally off. I just know it could have been overlooked. I hope you can figure it out. Good luck!
