Hey folks,
I asked this in the hosts forum but I thought I might ask here also.
I have a Delta 1010LT soundcard and am running T2. I have L/O 1 & 2 connected to studio monitors and the sound is great. I hooked up L/O 3 & 4 to a headphone amp and got nothing but a muffled sound. I tried another mixer and got the same result.
Anyone have any advice?
Thanks.

Do you have your first output pair plugged directly into monitors? No pre-amp in the path with a headphone socket?

What is the mixer you tried? If its good quality, consider patching it between your main output pair and your monitors to provide a volume control and heaphones output.

Failing both of those you can route your mix signal to multiple ASIO pairs, but its a bit of a faff IMO:
Instead of routing tracks directly to the mix output, route them to an emtpy group track first. Route this track to the main outs. Now create a new empty rack, connect its audio inputs directly to its audio outputs, and drop it onto this 'master' group track. Now select that track, create a duplicate (<CNTRL>+C then <CNTRL>+V) and route the duplicate to ASIO pair 3 & 4. Now everything that Tracktion sends to the main outs will be duplicated to the next pair of outs also, as long as you remember to route tracks to the 'master' group track instead of directly to the master outs.

Yes, 1 & 2 are connected directly to the powered monitors. I was thinking that the other outs could go to any source, but I guess that's incorrect.
I thought of trying 1/2 into the mixer and running the monitors out of it but I hadn't tried it yet.

I think thats probably your best bet, so long as the mixer is fairly decent.

Thanks.
