He's had a fair few nicks. The latest, it would appear, being zck.
That's cos' he's adaptive - just like his limiternuffink wrote:[He's had a fair few nicks.
Even though you must know a lot about kvr (being entrenched here with 3000 post of nonsense), you are incorrect.nuffink wrote:Zeb Virtual. Small-time crook and one of the few people to be banned from K-v-R.robenestobenz wrote:zeb-land?

now he's back with yet another nick and this times he calls his waveshaper 'filter'...robenestobenz wrote:Ah, I've come across the ihsan incarnation and it's wild promotion of ADL.
Shades of Algorithmix. I think they should get a clue. Very few people will pay hardware prices for software.Ben [KVR] wrote:I received a reply. It's not going to be cheap! At least?. Implying that is could go over $10,000? Why did they even bother to put this on KVR?Ben [KVR] wrote: I received a reply. It's not going to be cheap! Four figures at least
I don't think they mean that, I'm pretty sure they mean this: http://www.tcelectronic.com/MDWHiResEQFrippertronix wrote:http://www.massenburg.com/cgi-bin/ml/mo ... d=ZgJqpSk5
No, he actually said "Massenburg 9500, $11,000" in the email he sent me. If you read their website, they say their EQ technology outperforms hardware EQ's.Innominandum wrote:I don't think they mean that, I'm pretty sure they mean this: http://www.tcelectronic.com/MDWHiResEQFrippertronix wrote:http://www.massenburg.com/cgi-bin/ml/mo ... d=ZgJqpSk5
I agree, it is much more neutral than Sonalksis, even in non lin mode. I'm not knocking the quality, but I'm dubious about charging that much for software, particularly a plugin with really only one function. In spite of their confidence in it, I don't think it's going to replace serious hardware mastering EQ's.zck wrote:This isn't a track eq. Even the one band freeby in lowest quality. Something like sonalksis eq will do a better job as a insert eq. On the other hand using sonalksis on a problematic mix will seriously muffle and screw up the sound. That's where algorithmix and this comes in. Hence the price.
