well I dont think there is any argument that the stones are the greatest rock and roll band in the world...I'm not saying by talent (which face it Mick wrote the book on being a front man) but just by what they have done. There is an old bootleg vinyl live lp that starts out with Dick Cavett interviewing Mick (69 tour I believe) He asks Mick if he can still see himself doing this at 60...he says Marlena Detrick (spelling way off) is still doing it...why shouldn't I. I really dont think Dick was quite serious nor believed these kids could make it that long...they are the babe ruths of rock bands...

Maybe so. You guys can submit your resumes and stuff to me if you want. Then I can pass it on to the right person. I would be the person deciding on the SR side. But, anyway, that's getting way OT here. I posted about it separately. I just brought it up as I was thinking how cool this job is sometimes. That's all. For the right person, you can imagine traveling around showing people how great these products are and if you are a great player a chance to be demonstating for a lot of people in the industry is... well, just smart! Not everyone realises that but it really is.Lunch Money wrote:If IK or SR are looking for editors and writers for their documentation, let me know.![]()

I am pretty sure it is due to the Amplitube 1 -> Amplitube 2 upgradeBy the way, I noticed a bump in sales on esoundz for AmpliTube 1. I don't know if it was because I posted about the little trick there on how you can get AT2 for really cheap AND have AT1 (and that it is different sounding and also the last time you can get it) but... if so, then thanks! We appreciate the support on www.esoundz.com

Do they use Scotch tape in Scottland? French fries in France (unfortunately, with McDonalds everywhere we know this is the case).Hink wrote:scotch tape...

When I was in Stockholm I couldn't believe how beautiful the women were and you just couldn't miss seeing that everywhere you turned. The joke we had was that even the "fry person" at McDonalds was gorgeous. That just doesn't happen here. The person who operates the fry machine is not typically attractive. The moral of the story is: Sweden rocks!Hink wrote:ahh the old battle cry of retail (I realise you're actully not in retail) "do you want fries with that?"Squids wrote:Do they use Scotch tape in Scottland? Did you know that since last spring McDonalds has been trying an expiriment. No lie, instead of going to the drive through and talking to someone in the store it gets routed to a central locale, then the order is sent back to where you are. Which if they go with this it seems likely I might get some sombody from Sweden's order.Squids wrote:When I was in Stockholm I couldn't believe how beautiful the women were and you just couldn't miss seeing that everywhere you turned. Any French here to confirm this?
